Kingston is an American, privately held, multinational computer technology corporation that develops, manufactures, sells and supports flash memory products and other computer-related memory products.
We have created a number of videos for Kingston designed for external and internal communications. The video featured here is a server memory upgrade information film for use by their customers and channel. We also created a video for their Christmas party that involved filming over 200 of their employees individually on green screen delivering tiny segments of an overall message!
Kingston asked us to produce an animated graphics sequence to promote their SSD offering which is currently being used in stores on 9 inch POS monitors. We animated their existing ‘Formula 1’ creative adding icons and a musical score. We also produced 6 separate language versions for use throughout Europe.
We have created numerous on and offline advertising campaigns from conception through to completion. Banner advertising, E-coms, Flyers and Press Ads have all been created in multiple languages to service their worldwide operation.
Digital video editing has been around for a long time but it is becoming increasingly ubiquitous in the creation of rich web based content. There are numerous software solutions available two of the more common ones being Adobe’s Premiere and Apples Final Cut Pro X. While the timeline based architecture can be reasonably easy to understand the host of different codecs and compression techniques are less so. Traditional ‘platforms wars’ have created different file formats although this has been mitigated to some extent by Content Delivery Networks (CDN’s) which standardize content and deliver in ways suitable for multiple devices and variable connection speeds.
